Jackie redesigned our kitchen that was stuck in the 1960’s. She took a totally dysfunctional kitchen and made it beautiful and functional! Jackie makes you feel like you are her one and only customer. She listened to my ideas and made it fabulous. Our son is currently having a kitchen designed for his first home. There was no question who he would get to design the job. I would highly recommend Jackie and Rose for your kitchen remodel.

Gregory BlaneyDecember 9, 2022My 90-year-old in-laws asked me to fix their leaky shower faucet - an American Standard push-pull faucet installed in the late 1960s. Replacing the entire faucet meant cutting a hole in their dinning room wall which I didn't want to do. I didn't think I would ever find the unique replacement parts, but I sent a text message to Koval Building Supply on a Sunday evening from their website just hoping they could help. Surprisingly, I received a response from Nicole Koval that evening offering to help. They found my part, ordered it Monday morning, and the shower faucet was fixed by Thursday afternoon. My in-laws and I are very appreciative of Koval's help. I later found out that Nicole and her family were away for a wedding when they got my text, and they all helped with my issue Sunday evening while sitting in their hotel. Thanks Koval family!!!

They kept it for me until the house was finished. Chris and the crew delivered the tub and Jeremy installed . Flawless experience with a great group of people

Years back we also worked with Stephen on purchasing a hot tub. The quality of product and level of service is far better than the big box stores.
